How I know Saturday, February 9 we have attempted to organize a meeting to talk about the problem Fiesso ADSL. We ended up with a commercial of a company that offers wifi explained to us their offer and how their service.
Everything was interesting, at least for me that I'm pretty ignorant on the subject, with a single flaw: the set-up costs. In fact, to open a contract WIFI costs € 250 for travel around the antenna, activation, etc. ... + € 100 if you still want to bring that number to the new telecom company.
My question is: but the municipality can not really do anything?? can not make trade agreements with the various societies and to enable all citizens to enjoy a vital asset as the adsl now??

As I have pointed out in Fiesso is a company that offers WiFi for prices also quite content, as we know the union is strength and the fact that Telecom does not move, Fastweb wants at least 50 passes, why not try 3WiFi to contact this and try to deal with the subscription price by offering them a collective?? In this case we could also affect the local administration.
